Terms of Service
Draft for legal review · Effective date: October 1, 2026
These terms govern use of the Social Disrupt website. Client services are governed by a separate written agreement.
About these terms
Social Disrupt provides social media strategy, content production, creative direction and consulting, including work directly with Kira Ziff. By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or client agreement.
Inquiries, bookings and services
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a call does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability or confirm a booking. Scope, fees, payment schedules, timelines, cancellation rights, deliverables and ownership of commissioned work must be agreed in writing. References to a six-month minimum concern ongoing agency engagements and are subject to the applicable client agreement; they do not automatically apply to consulting projects.
Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send spam or malicious content, impersonate another person, or misuse information obtained through the site. Provide accurate information when contacting us.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, photographs, designs, branding and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights belong to Social Disrupt or the relevant owners. Viewing the website does not grant a license to reproduce or commercially use its content. Client logos and third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Portfolio display does not transfer ownership of client work.
Portfolio, testimonials and results
Portfolio examples, testimonials and historical metrics illustrate particular projects or experiences. They are not guarantees of future audience growth, engagement, revenue, press coverage or other outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including the brand, scope, market, execution and platform changes.
Third-party websites
The site may link to articles, social platforms and other third-party websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience; we do not control their content, availability or security.
Information you send us
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. You remain responsible for ensuring you have permission to share materials with us. Sending an inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement; any confidential project information should be addressed in a separate written agreement.
Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but may update, suspend or remove content. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties about uninterrupted access, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Social Disrupt is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not replace liability provisions in a signed client agreement.
California law and changes
These website terms are governed by California law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Material changes should be reviewed before continued use.
