The brief.

The brief.

Honey Cup Coffeehouse & Creamery is the kind of neighborhood café people settle into: expertly crafted lattes, homemade ice cream, scratch-made sandwiches, and warm service across multiple locations in the Valley. With seasonal menus and a welcoming atmosphere, the experience was already there. The challenge was making that character just as recognizable online.

A limited brand presence, low engagement, and inconsistent follower growth made it harder to stand out and connect with the right audience. Honey Cup needed café social content that could do more than showcase a drink—it needed to communicate why people should stop in, stay awhile, and come back.

The brief was to establish a stronger digital identity, expand visibility, and build a more active community around the brand. Bringing its specialty drinks, pastries, and people into the story would help connect online discovery with the broader goal of more in-store visits.

Neighborhood charm. New momentum.

Neighborhood charm. New momentum.

We built out Honey Cup’s brand presence and content portfolio around the things that make the café feel like Honey Cup: specialty drinks, pastries, and the people behind the counter. The work gave its social content a clearer story, bringing the warmth of the in-store experience into its digital presence.

In the first month, the project recorded an 8.21% growth rate and 133,475 views. That momentum addressed the brand’s slow, inconsistent growth and limited visibility, while giving more people an opportunity to discover what the café offers.

Beyond the numbers, the work established stronger foundations for brand awareness and long-term positioning. Rather than letting each post stand alone, Honey Cup gained a portfolio that could communicate its personality, showcase its offerings, and support its place as a welcoming neighborhood destination.
